This agreement applies to riders and drivers who register to use NaijaRoutes for pickup services, city rides, terminal transfers, or any other mobility services provided through the platform.
Riders and drivers using NaijaRoutes act as independent service providers and are not employees of NaijaRoutes unless expressly stated otherwise in a separate written agreement.
Riders and drivers must provide truthful registration details, valid identification information, and accurate vehicle details. False information may lead to rejection, suspension, or legal reporting.
Each rider or driver is solely responsible for maintaining valid licenses, permits, vehicle documentation, and compliance with all applicable transportation and road safety laws.
Riders and drivers are expected to behave professionally, safely, and respectfully with passengers. Harassment, abuse, fraud, dangerous driving, impersonation, and off-platform misconduct may result in termination of access.
Where the platform facilitates payment flows, riders and drivers agree that NaijaRoutes may hold, process, delay, review, or reverse transactions in cases involving fraud checks, disputes, suspicious activity, or policy violations.
NaijaRoutes reserves the right to review rider and driver accounts, request additional documents, suspend access, remove listings, or terminate accounts where necessary to protect users and the platform.
